Refunds and Exchanges
Please select your products carefully, as we do not accept returns if you change your mind, make an incorrect choice or in-correct spelling.
There are strictly no refunds on AFTERPAY orders processed.
Please keep in mind our products are hand made and minor imperfections may occur.
We want you to love our products so if you are not 100% satisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery & Shipping
We deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you provide for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address is incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
All products are made to order with personalisation. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be made, then shipping on top. Whilst we make every effort to deliver our products within the specified timescale, on some occasions due to unforeseen circumstances we can not guarantee delivery in said time.
All our products are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated Shipping time is between 3-12 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me BEFORE checkout and we can organise Express postage at an additional cost. Flat Rate Shipping is $9.95 AND for all orders $150 or over will receive Free Shipping. If you live locally you can select local pickup, making sure payment has been processed beforehand.
NOTE: **ICY POLE HOLDERS, SANTA KEYS, PARTY SASHES, ALL LABELS & ALL KEYCHAINS ARE FREE POSTAGE ONLY SOLD ON THEIR OWN**
Some postal addresses may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may need to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.
We only post Australian Wide.
Once our products have been posted from warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any damage products, lost or stolen parcels.
